Raising the Frequency and Awareness of Sound and Energy Healing

When I entered the Sound & Energy Healer of the Yaer 2025 contest, I had no idea how deeply it would expand my sense of community, gratitude, and purpose. What began as a simple act of sharing my story became a profound reminder that sound healing is not just a practice, it’s a movement of consciousness rising across the planet.

Out of thousands of participants worldwide, I was honored to place 18th out of 30 finalists, representing a circle of healers, dreamers, and way-showers who are collectively proving that transformation through vibration, intention, and resonance is real.

And while awards and numbers are beautiful markers of recognition, what truly matters to me is the vibration of togetherness this experience awakened.

The Frequency of Community

The Brighter Healing Foundation hosted this global contest, inviting sound and energy healers to share their stories and showcase the diversity of healing practices that are helping people reconnect to peace, coherence, and inner strength.

The results were astonishing:

• Over 978,000 total votes were cast worldwide.

• 12 countries and 40 U.S. states were represented.

• More than 43,500 people viewed the gallery of healers.

• Every paid vote became a donation — funding scholarships, healing programs, and the immersive film Supernaturally: Enter Portals of Possibilities.

Each click, comment, and share carried an energetic ripple — a pulse of awareness traveling across continents, showing that healing through frequency is no longer fringe; it’s becoming foundational.

This was never just a contest. It was advocacy.
It was community.
It was proof that the medicine of sound, when carried by intention and heart, can connect souls who may never meet in person yet are part of the same collective harmony.

Reflections on the Journey

When I received the email announcing that I’d made it into the finalist circle, my first response was awe. I thought back to the early days, 2008 to 2010, when I performed sound healing concerts using large crystal singing bowls that filled rooms with shimmering frequencies.

I remembered how one of those beloved bowls cracked in transport, marking an unexpected ending to that chapter of my work. For a long time, I stepped back from performance and turned toward neuroscience, hypnosis, and coaching, exploring how the brain, imagination, and nervous system interact with sound and rhythm.

But Spirit always has a way of circling us back to what we love.
When imagination called me to combine the science of hypnosis with the art of sound, SHE Dance was born, Somatic, Hypnotic, Ecstatic Dance, a 7-step journey for nervous system reset, embodied transformation, and healing through rhythm.

From that fusion came my Sound Sigils: vibrational codes created in 7/4 timing at 111 beats per minute, designed to bring the body and mind into harmonic coherence.
This work feels like ancient remembering, the merging of what I used to do with what I now know.

So when I entered the contest, it wasn’t about recognition; it was about resonance.
It was an offering, a way of saying, “Here is my frequency. If it serves, let it ripple outward.”

The Heart of Sound Healing

Being part of this global wave of healers reminded me how beautifully diverse our field has become. From crystal bowl alchemists to tuning fork therapists, Reiki masters to biofield tuners, we are all interpreting the same universal truth:

Everything is vibration. Everything responds to resonance.

Sound doesn’t just reach the ears; it reaches the cells. It bypasses the linear mind and speaks directly to the body’s wisdom.

Whether through a single sustained tone or a complex rhythm, sound invites the nervous system to relax, the heart to entrain, and the subconscious to remember its natural harmony.

When clients experience this, they often describe it as “coming home”, not to a place, but to a state of coherence within themselves. That is why I do this work.

A Moment of Deep Gratitude

As the votes came in and messages of support poured through, I felt waves of gratitude, not only for those who voted, but for those who simply tuned in, shared, or sent a kind word.

Each gesture carried energy. Each connection mattered.

And while I placed 18th among an extraordinary circle of practitioners, I hold the deeper knowing that there are no hierarchies in healing, only harmonics.

Every one of us contributed a note to the collective symphony.
Together, we raised awareness.
Together, we elevated the vibration.
Together, we made sound healing visible to people who may have never experienced it before.

That, to me, is the true prize.

The Ripple Forward

The journey doesn’t end here, in many ways, it’s just beginning.

This recognition has opened new collaborations and conversations with fellow healers, musicians, and facilitators who want to explore sound as medicine for the nervous system. I’m now expanding my offerings to include:

• SHE Dance (Somatic, Hypnotic, Ecstatic Dance) group immersions

• Sound Sigil activations designed to restore coherence and flow

• Private and corporate wellness sessions for nervous system reset

• Collaborative events and retreats where healing becomes community art

Sound is ready to evolve, to become more inclusive, more embodied, more accessible. Whether through science, spirituality, or somatic practice, I believe we’re witnessing a collective remembering of how powerful vibration truly is.
